Susan Yirku is the current president of the Institute for Natural Medicine and has served a role in this organization since 1997. Sue has been responsible for program administration, building community relationships, addressing regulatory issues and training in education, healthcare and social service settings for over 25 years. She is the current Associate Vice President of College Relations at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland Oregon. The Portland City council has appointed Sue to the Macadam Urban Renewal Advisory Committee. Sue has served on the Naturopathic Coordinating Council, the Oregon Hepatitis C Planning and Advisory Group, the Coalition for Community Health Clinics and the OR Attorney General’s Sexual Assault Task Force Campus Response Committee. |
